Personal Information: Full Name, Residential Address, Business Address, Telephone Number, Email Address, Identification Documents, Payment Information, Delivery Information.
Shipment Information: Shipment Contents, Weight and Dimensions, Tracking Information, Collection and Delivery Details, Customs Documentation.
Website Information: IP Address, Device Information, Browser Type, Website Usage Data, Cookies and Analytics Information.

How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process shipments, arrange collections and deliveries, complete customs declarations, verify identity where required, communicate shipment updates, process payments, improve our services, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud and criminal activity.

Sharing Your Information
We may share your information with customs authorities, government agencies, airline partners, shipping carriers, delivery partners, warehousing providers, and payment processors. Information is only shared where necessary to provide our services or comply with legal obligations. We do not sell customer information to third parties.

Data Security
Quickfetch implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, correct delivery addresses, accurate shipment descriptions, compliance with import/export laws, and declaring restricted items. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays, additional charges, customs penalties, or shipment seizure.

Quickfetch does not accept: illegal drugs, firearms and ammunition, explosives, counterfeit goods, hazardous chemicals, radioactive materials, prohibited agricultural products, or any item prohibited by law. We reserve the right to refuse, inspect, hold, or report prohibited shipments.

Any claim for loss, damage, missing contents, or delivery discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or collection. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

Evidence Required: Photographs of packaging, photographs of damage, proof of value, invoice or purchase receipt, shipment reference number. Failure to provide supporting evidence may affect the outcome of a claim.

Quickfetch acts as a logistics intermediary and works with third-party carriers, airlines, freight operators, customs authorities, and delivery partners. While we take reasonable care in handling shipments, we cannot guarantee against delays, inspections, seizures, weather disruptions, customs actions, or events beyond our control.

Standard Cover: Compensation is limited to £120 per shipment for loss or damage, subject to successful claim validation and carrier approval.

Additional Insurance: Customers shipping higher-value items are strongly advised to purchase additional shipment insurance at the time of booking. Where additional insurance has been purchased, compensation may be available up to the insured value, subject to insurer terms and conditions.

Non-Compensable Items: Improperly packaged items, perishable goods, prohibited goods, restricted items, items seized by customs, undeclared items, inaccurately declared items, consequential losses, loss of business profits, emotional distress.

Important: Unless additional insurance is purchased, compensation for loss or damage may be limited to the standard carrier cover available for the service selected. Customers shipping high-value items are strongly advised to purchase additional insurance prior to dispatch.

Delivery timelines are estimates only. Transit times may be affected by customs inspections, airline schedules, port congestion, weather conditions, security checks, government actions, and public holidays. Quickfetch cannot guarantee delivery dates unless expressly agreed in writing.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are generally not available once a shipment has been processed, customs documentation has been submitted, or freight services have commenced. Refund requests may be approved where a service cannot be provided, a duplicate payment was made, or an administrative error occurred. Approved refunds will typically be processed within 14 business days.

Quickfetch shall not be liable for delays, losses, or service interruptions arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, war, civil unrest, strikes, government restrictions, customs interventions, and public health emergencies.
